Amber is our senior member of the administration team and second in charge, playing a key leadership role at Crown West Medical. She brings a wealth of experience in medical administration and provides invaluable support to our doctors, nurses and administration team each day.

Known for her warm smile and approachable nature, Amber always goes above and beyond to help both patients and staff, helping create the welcoming environment our practice is known for.

Outside of Crown West Medical, Amber is an accomplished ballroom dancer. She recently placed second at the Australian Open Championships in Melbourne and also runs her own ballroom dancing academy 💃✨

Welcome to our newest team member! 👋

We're excited to introduce Dr Doug Cuthill, who will be joining Crown West Medical as a GP Registrar starting 2 February, 2026.

Dr Cuthill graduated from Sydney University in 2010 and brings a wealth of experience from his years working in Emergency Medicine and Anaesthetics. After working on short-term contracts around the country, he has now settled back in the Illawarra and is looking forward to providing quality General Practice medicine to our community. Outside of work, Dr. Cuthill is a keen underwater hockey player and a proud father to two boys.

Nicole has been part of the Crown West Medical family since the very beginning, working with us from the day we first opened our doors. She started her journey on reception before going on to train as an enrolled nurse, bringing valuable clinical insight to our team.

Today, Nicole is our Practice Manager as well as continuing to work as one of our practice nurses, and truly an indispensable member of Crown West Medical. She combines her clinical knowledge with exceptional administrative skills to keep our practice running smoothly, supporting our reception team, nurses and doctors every single day.

Thanks to Nicole’s dedication and leadership, Crown West Medical continues to be the welcoming, supportive medical home it is for both patients and staff 💙
