I have worked as a Primary School teacher for 22 years before becoming a Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy Practitioner. Having worked with so many children who have experienced enormous difficulties in their lives, I wanted to be able to do more to help. I completed my Graduate Diploma in Dance Movement Therapy, working with people with disabilities and in nursing homes. My passion is to

help people to feel empowered to live their best life, helping and supporting each person in their own way to move forward into the future.
