At Remco we feel male support workers are very under represented in the disability sector, but can make such a big impact and bring a different energy to the world of disability. By becoming role model's to our clients helping unlock their potential. We want to set ourselves apart from other companies focusing only on Males and putting our Clients with the support worker that suits them. We are a small close knit team based in Wollongong with plenty of experience that make a big impact. We can't wait to help our clients achieve all their goals by helping you become a little better each day, but our main goal is just to leave all clients with a smile on their face. We are an unregistered NDIS provider at the moment but follow all the NDIS and Covid guidelines and standards to a T. All workers have current working with children, police check's and first aid. Customer wellbeing is at the forefront of our company making sure everyone involved is feeling safe and comfortable before we start moving forward and growing together. We have had experience with the bigger companies but wanting to make our service more personable, matching young male support workers with male clients. Our services are focussed on leaving a smile on your face whether it is getting out and about in the community, playing games or just hanging out we want to make it all plenty of fun, even some of the jobs we don't like doing, we make fun. You tell us your goals, and we help you kick them with confidence, and have fun while doing so. Heres a list of just a few thing we can do with you, but not the limit. Community access - Shopping, going for lunch, walks and sightseeing. Life skills - preparing for job interviews, studying, general life admin. Exercising - of their choice including any sports and fun things to do. Hanging out - all the fun things, going to the movies, arcade, arts and crafts. Home skills - learn cooking, cleaning gardening. Or just hang at home, watching movies and playing games
And anything else that you would like to do, we will try and make it happen.
