What is the purpose of food πŸ₯¦? What is it’s point?

In simple terms it helps give our bodies the macronutrients and micronutrients πŸ”¬ it needs to keep us fuelled sufficiently so that we can perform at optimum levels πŸ‹πŸ»β€β™‚οΈπŸ„β€β™‚οΈβ›ΉοΈβ€β™‚οΈπŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈ. The quality πŸ’― of food we consume dictates the quality πŸ’― of cell reproduction.
Things like energy levels ⚑️, bodily stress πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ, gut health πŸ‘¨πŸΌβ€πŸ”¬, muscle mass πŸ’ͺ, sleep patterns 😴- all can be positively/negatively βž•βž–affected with the food we consume. 🍌🍐πŸ₯‘πŸŸπŸ©πŸ«

Let’s take breakfast for example- the majority of us just have a couple of pieces of toast 🍞- or just a coffee β˜•οΈ, others have a big bowl of cornflakes or nutrigrain πŸ₯£. Generally we either eat to just put something in our stomachs - as something is better than nothing, or we just put as much into our stomachs as we can until we feel β€œsatisfied”..... We need to re-educate πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸŽ“ ourselves and improve our relationship with food- as unfortunately, a couple pieces of toast, a coffee, a big bowl of cereal is nutritionally no where near what our bodies need- no wonder people are constantly tired 😴, irritated 🀬, sleepless at night 😀
