Is persistent pain making your life miserable?

If you’ve been living with pain for more than 3 months and finding it hard to do the things you want to do, you don’t have to manage it alone.

Grand Pacific Health’s FREE Chronic Pain Management Program supports adults in South Eastern NSW to understand pain differently and find practical ways to cope day-to-day.

Our program includes:
• Pain Explained – a 6-week online group program (90-minute sessions) with Dr Adele Stewart
• Individual consultations with our team, including an Exercise Physiologist, Dietitian, Mental Health Clinician, Integrative Health Practitioner and Peer Worker

You may be eligible if you:
• Are 18+
• Live in South Eastern NSW
• Have experienced pain for more than 3–6 months

Pelvic, hormonal or menopause-related pain can be isolating, especially when it disrupts sleep, work, daily movement or emotional wellbeing.

If you’re experiencing pelvic pain, endometriosis, perimenopause or menopause symptoms, Grand Pacific Health offers FREE, personalised support through our Chronic Pain Program.

Our clinicians, include:

• Rosa Bunn – Integrative Healthcare Practitioner & Nutritionist. Specialising in women’s hormonal health, perimenopause, menopause, pelvic pain and endometriosis. Rosa blends naturopathic care, nutrition, herbal medicine, yoga/Pilates principles and lifestyle support.

• Dr Adele Stewart – Pain specialist delivering the online Pain Explained Program

• Alycia Hull – Exercise Physiologist and Dietitian – movement that supports pelvic and whole-body pain and nutrition tailored to hormonal changes and inflammation

• Mental Health Clinician / Psychologist – support with stress, low mood and the emotional impacts of chronic pain

You can join the program online from home, or see the team in person, whatever suits you.

We’re looking for an experienced mental health professional to step into a key leadership role supporting our MyRecovery teams across South-East NSW.

As a Clinical Practice Lead, you’ll guide high-quality, recovery-focused psychosocial services and support multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective care. This part-time opportunity (30 hours/week) is available from any of our GPH hubs in Wollongong, Nowra, Moruya, Bega, Queanbeyan or Goulburn.

We’re looking for:
• Full AHPRA registration (psychology or OT) or AASW mental health accreditation
• Minimum 2 years’ post-grad mental health experience
• Strength in clinical assessment, planning and leadership

Campbelltown Community Celebrates New Mental Health Centre

The Campbelltown community came together to celebrate the official opening of the Campbelltown Medicare Mental Health Centre, a safe and welcoming space offering free mental health support, no referral needed.

Held on Friday 17 October, the launch event welcomed The Honourable Emma McBride MP, Assistant Minister for Mental Health and Su***de Prevention, The Honourable Rose Jackson, MLC, Dr Mike Freelander MP,Member for Macarthur, Campbeltown Mayor Cr Darcy Lound, alongside community members, local partners, and staff from Grand Pacific Health.

Located in the heart of Campbelltown, the Centre unites GPH, Odyssey House, Relationships Australia, and Tharawal Aboriginal Corporation to provide holistic, person-centred care for those experiencing mental health challenges.

This new service reflects a shared commitment to improving access to care and ensuring people in Campbelltown can find the right support, at the right time, in the right place.
