Grand Pacific Health is proud to officially launch the MyRecovery program in Nowra, bringing free, tailored mental health support to people across the Shoalhaven and South Eastern NSW.

We were pleased to welcome Fiona Phillips to mark the occasion, and thank her for taking the time to visit the service and meet with our team and participants.

Since launching in November 2025, MyRecovery has already supported more than 400 people with severe and complex mental health needs, offering coordinated, wrap-around care that includes clinical support, peer workers, and physical health services.

Designed to improve access and continuity of care, the program reaches people where they are, including through outreach in smaller communities and telehealth options.

It’s a significant step forward in ensuring more people can access the right support, at the right time, close to home.
