A way to connect with your guides is this simple technique:
* Sit in a quiet space and close your eyes.
* Feel yourself become very still and centred.
* Ensure you are grounded or Earthed
* Set your intention
* Be open to whatever messages, thoughts, feelings etc that you receive
* Have a pen and paper nearby to write down what you receive
* You could also speak into your phone to record what is coming through for you
* Allow the messages to flow without letting your head/ego get in the way

Once you feel that you have received your message, thank your guides and open your eyes.

This is by no means an exhaustive list or practise, but it doesn't have to be complicated!
