About Bianca
Bianca Sheedy is a qualified Naturopath (BHSc) and Reiki Practitioner, with a special interest in plant based nutrition, women’s health, fertility/pregnancy, hormonal imbalances, anxiety, insomnia and gut health.



Bianca has an evidence based approach to practice, using the latest research and a range of advanced diagnostic tests to help guide her treatment protocols. Bianca incorporates the traditional foundations of Naturopathy and will often utilise energetic medicine such as flower essences as well as mindfulness techniques to create unique, personalised treatment plans.



Drawing from traditional Naturopathic concepts, Bianca strives to investigate, identify and correct the cause of illness, rather than finding a temporary solution to symptoms. She believes that changing health at its foundation provides the best opportunity for long term vitality.



Bianca has a caring, empathetic and detailed approach to her clinical practice. Her mission is to empower women to reclaim their health! Bianca is also a trained Reiki therapist that uses gentle touch to activate the body’s own natural healing processes to restore physical and emotional wellbeing. Reiki is an ancient form of hands on healing which originated in Japan. Reiki therapy is ideal for people wanting to relax and rebalance. It is deeply restorative therapy which helps people to feel peaceful, grounded and revitalised! Bianca during her Reiki consultations, creates a space for her clients to embody deep relaxation in order to rebuild a mindful connection back to their mind, body and soul.



Bianca is a graduate of Endeavour College of Natural Health, and holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy as well as qualifications in Reiki levels 1 and 2. Bianca is a proud member of the Naturopaths & Herbalists Association Of Australia (NHAA) and Reiki Australia.



Apart from being a devoted Naturopath, Bianca is also a leading yoga, meditation and mindfulness instructor in the corporate world and delivers educational health talks nationally to workplaces in Australia. Bianca has worked with clients such as Facebook, Nine, Canon, Atlassian, Abbvie, CBRE, Biogen, Swiss Re and Indeed to share her health knowledge within workplace settings.



Outside of clinical practice Bianca loves to cook up a storm in the kitchen with her partner in crime, reading books, practicing meditation and yoga, spending time in nature discovering new secluded beaches along the NSW coast and enjoys quality time with her family, friends and fur pals!

There’s something so special about crafting herbal formulas unique to each person- this blend was made to nourish and calm the nervous system in the postpartum season, with Bach flowers added for emotional harmony!

Mamas, this one’s for you 💛

When it comes to parenting (and mental health!), having a tribe of like-minded humans makes all the difference.

The ones you can vent to.
Cry with.
Laugh until you wet your pants (hello pelvic floor exercises- IYKYK)!
Pass babies around & share snacks (especially if this ADHD Mumma has forgotten).
And somehow end up holding each other through the chaos.

Some beautiful mummas and bubs are missing from this pic, but they’re just as loved and appreciated. 💛

If you’re still looking for your crew- this is your sign to find them. I met some of mine through yoga, but there are so many ways: local council groups, Facebook communities, or even just striking up a convo at the park. Honestly, if you’re thinking “should I ask for their number?”- do it! Chances are, they need connection too.

You’re not meant to do this alone. 🫶

Feeling grateful after an incredible experience at the Annual Women’s Weekly Health Summit! 💫

A big thank you to for the opportunity to speak in the Ask a Naturopath segment—chatting all things perimenopause, stress, and sleep. Such an important conversation, and a reminder that nutritional and herbal medicine can be powerful allies in this space 🌿

Thank you my beautiful gals for coming with me at 5am this morning to ✨✨✨

I am OBSESSED with reformer Pilates in the way it helps my brain chill whilst focusing on coordination & of course the way it makes me physically feel stronger! One thing that is important to me as I return to work is to maintain my reformer classes twice a week- so 5am Mondays & Wednesdays it is!

Managing the mental load has been one of the biggest challenges I have struggled with as I navigate Motherhood. Writing it out using tools of fridge magnets, shopping list pads & diary planners have really helped my brain to feel a little less chaotic!

I find lighting a candle (here is my Auntie’s hand poured candle ❤️) helps me to feel calm when brain dumping.

Sitting here thanking my current self for making my own fruit, nut & chocolate mix! The past 10 weeks of exclusively breastfeeding, looking after a tiny little sunbeam & everything else in between has meant that I have noticed a dip in energy in the afternoons. This is usually the time where I am either playing with Tully, contact napping or soothing her & need quick accessible snacks!

Try this healthy fats/protein combo out & report back to me- you are welcome 😉

In a jar combine:
-Brazil nuts for its high selenium content (important for postpartum thyroid health)
-Natural Almonds for the vitamin E content (high in antioxidants)
-Dark chocolate coated pepitas for zinc (important for immune function/skin/nervous system)
-Dark chocolate strawberries (high in antioxidants)
-Goji berries (high in antioxidants)
