So excited for this next chapter (from 8 April) ⬆️
Thank you to all the amazing practitioners for the opportunity to with with you over this last year. Thank you to Jacqui for offering the chance to make the space at Bulli my own. So excited to work alongside you again and see all the exciting changes and growth.
And thank you to my amazing clients for entrusting me with your bodies and your stories. It’s such a privilege.

Another turn around the sun for The Restore Room. We are 2!!!
It has been another incredible year full of wonderful clients, growth and always the great privilege of being a part of our clients’ healing journeys. I am so grateful for it all.
2026 is set to be another great year of expansion. More appointment hours will be available and new treatment options on offer. More exciting updates to come!

Christmas is coming! What a year it has been. So much gratitude for our amazing clients and how The Restore Room has grown. We still have some limited spots for December so if you need some ‘calm before the storm’ book in. 🙌

It is feedback like this that is the ‘why’ behind The Restore Room. We are truly blessed with amazing clients, like Rachel, who allow us to journey with them on their health journey. Whether that is releasing tight muscles, healing from injury or helping regulate stressed nervous systems. We love what we do!! 🙌

While not wanting to look at how close the end of the year is 🤪the reality is, there are just over 8 weeks until Christmas. We are planning to finish for the year on Monday 22nd December (which is already booked out). To ensure no one misses out, we are encouraging our regulars to make their bookings for the rest of the year. November is approximately 75% booked out and December about 50%. We have added in an extra Saturday afternoon on 13 December to provide some extra appointments. Looking forward to seeing you soon for some relaxation, resetting and restoration 🙌

Ah yes! Our body and mind are not seperate entities. We know the ‘body keeps the score’. It is listening to everything we tell it. Maybe this is a little reminder to speak gratitude and compassion over our bodies, acknowledging what our bodies do for us!

Yesterday was sadly our last day
It has been a wonderful 20 months in this beautiful space created by Jacqui. We will miss it! We are grateful for the calm, warm environment it created for our clients.
We look ahead with gratitude as we expand our hours at the beautiful space working alongside a team of inspiring practitioners. Bookings will be Monday evenings, Wednesdays (AM and PM), Friday mornings and some weekends. Currently booking 3 weeks ahead so don’t miss out 🧡
