CINNAMON FROSTED BANANA BREAD: okay I thought we’d already nailed the true cafe style banana bread texture but I had another play around with the ratios and NOW I can say that we’ve made it!!!! 💅🏽 You need to try this one Kween 🍌

INGREDIENTS:
2 overripe bananas
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup olive oil
1 cup almond meal
1 cup self-raising flour
1/4 cup plain flour
1 tsp bicarb soda
1 tsp cinnamon

FROSTING:
2/3 cup spreadable cream cheese
1 tbs honey
Sprinkle cinnamon

INGREDIENTS:
1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
2. Mash the bananas with a fork.
3. Add all wet ingredients & stir to combine.
4. Add remaining banana bread ingredients & stir.
5. Pour evenly into a lined loaf tin.
6. Bake for 40-45 mins or until cooked through.
7. Leave to cool completely.
8. Stir frosting ingredients together in a bowl.
9. Spread over the banana bread, slice & enjoy!
