➡️Most important thing to consider:

Iron is an important mineral that is involved in lots of different bodily functions, including transporting oxygen in the blood 🩸

Iron deficiency is very common and is when stores of iron in the body are too low. Iron absorption is a little lower for vegetarians and vegans, so make sure to include iron rich or iron fortified foods in your diet daily. This may take a little more focus ... if you need help, reach out to myself or a nutritionist/dietitian.

I don't believe in the "new year, new me" bu****it 😖🚔

I believe in sustainable changes and consistency over time. That doesn't mean you shouldn't set goals and seek help to achieve them ... start slow 🐌 and if you aren't sure how or what to do, seek help!

For all my clients that are getting back into routine ... be kind to yourself, set realistic short and long term goals and most of all ENJOY the process 🥳

⬇️ It is hard to make changes alone. It can be confusing navigating the world of internet bu****it, particularly in the world of nutrition. 

Who would benefit?
Anyone wanting to improve their performance in a sport would benefit from dialling in their nutrition.

❤️Most of my clients are pleased to find out that they can still have the foods they love while still improving their performance and health. 

✅️Remember, health and performance are much more than a number on a scale or how you look. Improving your relationship with food may not only improve performance and energy levels but also your emotional relationship with your body and food.
