Many of us don’t struggle in relationships because we don’t care. We struggle because we were never taught how to say what we feel without fear.
We learned to prioritise harmony over honesty,
connection over clarity, and other people’s needs over our own—
all in the name of keeping the peace.
And then perimenopause arrives.
Patience thins. And suddenly, we’re no longer willing to swallow our needs or put up with behaviour that doesn’t feel okay anymore.
We want to be treated better—and that’s not a problem. It’s a signal. Join me for a cuppa on the couch and share your story.
