Introducing Mat Pilates Strength with Maya, now on Wednesday evenings at 5:45pm (45min). Added by popular request, for everyone who loves Pilates but draws the line at a 5:30am alarm. 😉

Maya's classes are something special. She brings a dynamic, music-led energy that makes 45 minutes feel like it flies - but don't let that fool you, your muscles will absolutely know they've worked.

Maya reads the room, balancing challenge with care, and makes sure that everyone is seen. Whether you're new to Pilates or have been practising for years, you'll leave feeling like the class was made for you!

We’re warmly opening the space for an introductory talk on Vedic Meditation, a simple and deeply effective technique that helps the mind settle beyond thought into a state of rest and expanded awareness. Practised for thousands of years and supported by modern research, it’s known for being both powerful and accessible.

One of the most refreshing things about this practice is how simple it feels. It’s easy to learn, enjoyable to practise, and doesn’t require any prior experience or lifestyle changes.

This session is a chance to meet Tim, understand how Vedic Meditation works, and explore what makes it different from other approaches. We’ll also share the benefits people commonly experience and how you can continue learning if it resonates with you.

Tim brings a lifetime of curiosity and over 30 years exploring consciousness. After years of study across the world, he found Vedic Meditation to be the most profound and practical technique, and now shares it as a trained Initiator and custodian of the tradition.

We’d love to have you with us.

Seasonal Yin & Sound Yoga Experience

Join us for a deeply nourishing evening of Yin & Sound. An invitation to slow down, turn inward, and align with the wisdom of the season.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Autumn is governed by the Metal element, a phase of descent, completion, and release. It is a time of harvesting what is essential, while gently letting go of what is no longer needed.

Within the body, this element is connected to the lungs and large intestine, the systems of receiving and releasing. The breath becomes our guide… what we take in, what we soften around, and what we allow to fall away.

This season also carries the emotion of grief, not as something to fix, but as a quiet teacher of what is precious, what matters, and what we hold close.

Guided by Lis, you’ll move through a slow, contemplative Yin practice designed to support these meridian pathways through long-held, nourishing postures.

As you settle into stillness, Deb will weave a rich soundscape of live instruments, vocals and subtle vibrations, helping you drop deeper into calm, clarity and reflection.

If your mornings have been feeling rushed, heavy or a little disconnected… this is your invitation to do them differently.

On Thursdays at 7:15am, Cass holds a space that feels calm, steady and genuinely supportive — the kind of class where you can arrive exactly as you are and take your time easing into the day.

Her Slow Flow isn’t about perfect poses or pushing yourself to extremes. It’s about feeling your body, building quiet strength, and giving your nervous system a chance to settle.

Expect slower transitions, longer holds, and a focus on breath that gently challenges you while still leaving you grounded and clear.

Maya recently moved here from LA with her husband, a talented musician, and their two young kids, and she’s already made herself at home in our community.

After a lifetime of playing basketball, Maya found her true passion in Pilates, Barre, and functional fitness - and now she’s bringing all that energy and expertise to our studio.

Her classes are dynamic, challenging, and full of good vibes—all set to music that will make you want to move. Maya is all about inclusion, kindness, and helping everyone feel strong and supported, whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned mover.

To celebrate her arrival, Maya’s classes for the next two weeks are FREE! Booking online is essential, catch her for 45-minute sessions on Tuesdays at 6:15am and Thursdays at 9:15am.

MEET SASHA ✨
Our Beginners Course Facilitator

With just one week to go until our 6 Week Beginners Yoga Course begins, we’d love to introduce you to the wonderful teacher who will be guiding the journey — Sasha Gibbs.

Sasha’s teaching is grounded in Viniyoga and Vinyasa, thoughtfully weaving together movement, breath, meditation and simple philosophy. Her approach is calm, clear and deeply inclusive.

With a background in trauma-aware yoga, Sasha creates a space where you can move at your own pace, ask questions freely, and build confidence step by step. She has a gift for making beginners feel comfortable, capable and truly welcome.

This course is designed especially for those new to yoga (or returning after time away). In a small group of just 12 students, you’ll learn strong foundations, alignment, breathing techniques and how to feel at ease in a class setting.
