New to yoga and not sure where to start?
Our 6-week Beginners Yoga Course is the perfect first step.
At Gather Wellness Studio, you’ll learn the foundations of yoga in a safe, supportive and inclusive space. Ideal for complete beginners, those returning after a break, or anyone wanting to revisit the basics and build confidence on the mat.
Led by Sasha Gibbs, whose gentle, beginner-friendly teaching blends movement, breath and simple philosophy. With training in yoga for trauma, anxiety and depression, Sasha creates a calm and welcoming environment for all students.
You’ll learn:
• Yoga foundations and class etiquette
• Use of props and beginner-friendly postures
• Simple breathwork and mind-body awareness
Wednesdays, 5:45pm – 7:00pm
11 March to 15 April
$180 for the 6-week course
Open to all ages and body types. No experience needed. Mats and props provided.
Limited to 12 students and now at 50% capacity.
