Join us for a deeply nourishing evening of Yin & Sound. An invitation to slow down, turn inward, and align with the wisdom of the season.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Autumn is governed by the Metal element, a phase of descent, completion, and release. It is a time of harvesting what is essential, while gently letting go of what is no longer needed.
Within the body, this element is connected to the lungs and large intestine, the systems of receiving and releasing. The breath becomes our guide⌠what we take in, what we soften around, and what we allow to fall away.
This season also carries the emotion of grief, not as something to fix, but as a quiet teacher of what is precious, what matters, and what we hold close.
Guided by Lis, youâll move through a slow, contemplative Yin practice designed to support these meridian pathways through long-held, nourishing postures.
As you settle into stillness, Deb will weave a rich soundscape of live instruments, vocals and subtle vibrations, helping you drop deeper into calm, clarity and reflection.
