Mulberry Supports is seeking a reliable and professional Disability Support Worker to join our growing team.

This role involves supporting participants with:

• In-home supports and domestic assistance
• Personal care (where required)
• Transport to appointments and activities
• Community participation and social engagement
• Life skills development

You will work both independently and collaboratively, maintaining high standards of ethical, compassionate care.

We provide structured onboarding, buddy shifts, and ongoing development. Experience is welcome but not required.

This year has been hectic, but genuinely impactful.

The Mulberry team and I are very satisfied because we did what we set out to do... impactful support.

And my personal resolution for the new year is just to keep doing it better and better.

We'll be working through the public holidays and all, spreading joy and a merry spirit (very much needed these days!).

We sponsored a Warhammer tournament with South Coast Siege... not just for the love of tabletop games (though we’ve got plenty of that!), but because these spaces matter.

They’re creative, social, and inclusive.

They help people build confidence, sharpen skills, and feel part of a community.

For participants with NDIS plans, activities like this can be a powerful way to explore interests, develop communication, and just have fun in a safe, welcoming space.

So while dice were rolled and champions crowned…

Mulberry Supports is currently running Dungeons & Dragons and Warhammer 40k sessions.
These groups are exclusively for NDIS participants, designed to build skills, confidence, and community connections in a fun and supportive space.

✔ Bookings are essential — spots are limited, and we tailor each session to participants attending.
✔ Funded under Social and Community Participation supports.
✔ Young people especially love the group vibe, but all ages are welcome!

This weekend was a special one for us at Mulberry.

We got to back something we really believe in:

✅ an inclusive, local event

✅ a space where people connect, grow, and have a great time

The crew at Coast Siege hosted an incredible Warhammer tournament—and we were proud to sponsor it.

34 players showed up. There were epic battles, painted armies, and plenty of laughs.

And yes… one of our own came first place too (go Hamish!).

But for us, it’s not about the trophies.
It’s about what these events create: friendships, confidence, community.

That’s what we care about at Mulberry—making sure everyone feels welcome, valued, and part of something.
