Well, that was fun!

Thank you and .middleton for inviting me to speak and share naturopathic approaches to perimenopause and menopause at your absolutely fantastic Ignite Expo.

It’s incredible to see women now having greater access to information about the menopause transition—so they can feel supported and know they are not alone in what they’re experiencing.

Seeing so many women advocating for women’s health makes me extremely happy. Thank you for creating such a supportive and empowering space.

During Endometriosis Awareness Month, it's an important reminder that debilitating pain is NOT NORMAL.
A mild ache or cramping for a day or two at the start of your period can be normal. But pain that stops you from going to school or work, keeps you in bed, makes you vomit, faint or rely on strong pain medication just to function is not something anyone should have to simply 'put up with'.
Far too long, women have been dismissed, gaslit, or told that severe period pain is just part of being a woman. It isn't.
Conditions such as endometriosis and adenomyosis can cause significant pain and deserve proper investigation, support and care.
Your pain is real.
Your experience matters.
And you deserve to be heard. 🤍
I can support you with a holistic approach and also guide you on where to seek further investigations with a specialist who will listen and help uncover the underlying cause.

Perimenopause can look very different for each woman, and the signs are often subtle at first.
If you’re noticing changes in your cycle, mood, sleep, energy, or overall wellbeing, it may be your hormones talking.

Please come and see me if you’re experiencing any hormonal concerns, including PMS, amenorrhoea, endometriosis, PCOS, menorrhagia, post-pill symptoms, perimenopause, or menopause.
You don’t have to navigate this alone.
