Hello friends! I'm running a class that I've designed called Acucalm. It's a combination of gentle medical qigong movements, breathing, acupressure, and relaxation designed to help you quiet the mind and open the body.
It's going to be really beautiful!
It's running once a week in April on Thursdays at 6pm. I'd love for you to join me.
Open to everyone, all ages, all physical abilities. Give yourself this time out (or I should say, time inside).

It's the first time I've run these classes in person. I first ran a few classes online during lockdown and people really enjoyed them. So I'm hoping you really enjoy this offering in person.
