I had a swarm while I was away pet-sitting and have just been into the hive to check. There are less bees and I couldn’t spot a queen, but did find some queen cells in the brood box, hopefully the bees have it under control and I won’t need to re-queen the hive.
Honey will be available to buy in clinic as soon as I make some labels!

For practitioners!!! A fabulous, informative and free masterclass for the prevention and reversal of cognitive decline by Jo Grabyn. I did this masterclass last year after hearing Jo speak at the ATMS healthy brain symposium and I would highly recommend it!

and I have spent the day at in Otford! We have done 2 yoga classes, an Ayurvedic nutrition class, had a bushwalk and had lots of lovely vegan food and are about to do a guided meditation.
Check them out if you are keen for a retreat. You can do a day visit or stay onsite for a a few days! There are also massage treatments available.

Today I started a 9 week intensive ClearPath Practitioner Training for Cognitive Decline.

So, in the coming months, consultations for the prevention or treatment of cognitive decline will be available.

Initial consults will be two hour sessions, with personalised plans developed from a protocol which has been successful for over 80% of people.

With dementia now being the leading cause of death for women in Australia and 40% of dementia cases in Australia being preventable, it is a good time to take your health into your own hands!

I am really excited to be learning this content to provide the best results for patients!
