🌊 Welcome back, Cara French! 🌊

We’re thrilled to have Cara back on the BaiMed team!

Growing up in Kiama, Cara’s love for swimming and surf lifesaving inspired her career. After studying in Melbourne, she worked with elite AFL, Baseball, and Swimming teams — including the Australian Swimming Team, Victorian Institute of Sport, and at national podium training centres.

Cara loves helping patients with TMJ pain and headaches, complex shoulder injuries and anything stopping you performing at your best!

Great to be part of a panel of inspiring women today working in healthcare and education across the Illawarra and Shoalhaven

Thank you to Education NSW for inviting Kat, BaiMed’s Clinical Services Manager, to be part of their Women in Careers Conversation Event at Illawarra Sports High School

Kat loves to help inspire young people to be the future of physio, and she also loves talking about her experiences in the more male dominated fields of her profession, showing young women that they can absolutely follow their dreams and achieve them like she has!

Meet Matt…Matt is our Kiama born and bred physio and with his heart and soul in the town, it is too in the Kiama clinic where Matt strives to help his local community be better.
Matt has a particular interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation having played rugby himself in his younger years and now being a keen touch player and surf boat rower he knows what it takes to get you back on the field, or the water and at your best!
