I’ve been asked a lot about this paper lately by many of our patients, so here it is! In summary - Vit B3 was shown to reduce SCCs and BCCs by 23% in patients with known disease and reduced pre- cancerous lesions in 13%. A supplement may help but there is never a better preventative than a great balanced diet with enough natural Vit B3 and being sun smart!
