Kylie has landed in Cairns 🌴✈️ 🥳
for the Australasian Lymphology Association Conference 2026. Lymphatics on the Rise!

And yes… the lymph nerd beast was fully unleashed today 🤓
Pre-conference workshops = head & neck lymphoedema, compression garment advancements, and Kylie trying very hard to act normal while screaming inside, “THIS IS SO COOL.”

Pumped for the rest of the conference and ready to bring all the juicy lymphatic goodness back to CanConquer 🙌💚

It’s live! TEDx Wollongong 2026 ❤️
This talk is about one of the biggest things I believe in:

That exercise in cancer care is not just a wellness extra on the sidelines.
It is biology. It is strategy. It is support. And I believe it deserves a seat at the treatment table.

I’m so proud to finally share this talk and so grateful to everyone who has helped me find the courage, words and platform to say it.

Here she is…

Kylie had the chance to chat with ABC Illawarra at TEDxWollongong about a message we are all so deeply passionate about: exercise as medicine in cancer care.

Not as an optional extra.
Not as something to think about later.
But as something that can help prepare the body, support resilience, and improve outcomes.

Huge thanks to ABC Illawarra and Justin Huntsdale for helping bring this conversation to a wider audience.

🚨2 DAYS TO GO!🚨

The incredible Kylie Moffitt is hitting the TEDx stage this Saturday and we are READY 🙌🏼🔥

The team will be there in full support and we already KNOW you are going to light up that stage, do what you do best … talk 😂

Jokes aside, your passion and energy is infectious so that audience is going to witness something special ❤️

What a moment!! 💥 😳 Gee whiz!!

Standing on the stage was equal parts surreal, exciting, terrifying and so so meaningful.

Certainly a career highlight, but even more than that, it was a chance to put an important idea into the spotlight, one we’ve believed in for a long time through both the research and our work at PhysioHealth Corrimal and CanConquer - Lymphatic & Cancer Rehab: that exercise is a powerful form of treatment, and it deserves to be seen differently.

My talk challenged the way we think about exercise, not just as movement, but truly as a medicine, especially in cancer care.

To share that stage alongside such an incredible group of inspiring speakers made the experience even more special!

This moment represented years of learning, questioning, building, believing, and seeing firsthand what’s possible when people are given the right support.

My hope is that this conversation around exercise oncology continues to grow: that we see exercise not as an optional extra, but as a meaningful and essential part of treatment, recovery and long-term health.

I’m so grateful to the TEDx platform hamilton from for the opportunity to have that platform.
And, so grateful to every person who listened, and to the people and purpose behind our work at PhysioHealth and CanConquer who inspire this message every day.
My team and patients. 🩵🩷
There’s plenty more to come yet, as our momentum builds day after day. 😊

Thank you to everyone who backed me, encouraged me, and reminded me to trust the message through my lens and passion….
and to take long exhales 😂 🙏 💕 Because I haven’t finished yet!

And massive thankyou to the sponsors who helped bring this event to life wollongong I98fm , Bendigo Bank and UOW: University of Wollongong, Australia.

Women in Business Thank you for your wonderful cheers as well 👏

Kylie Moffitt 😘

💙 Lymphoedema Awareness Week | 2-8 March 💙

Lymphoedema is common, often under-recognised, and absolutely deserves better awareness & support.

At CanConquer we're backing this week's message: United in care. Diverse in practice.
Because great lymphoedema management isn't 'one size fits all' it's highly personalised, practical, and built around real life.

If you're living with swelling- whether it's; post-cancer, surgery, vascular issues, lipoedema/lymphoedema, we can help you!

We can:
🔷 assessment + education
🔷 compression support (including donning/doffing strategies)
🔷 gentle movement + strength programs
🔷 lymphatic management strategies to improve comfort, mobility, and confidence

Sequential Intermittent Pneumatic Compression (SIPC)… but we’ll stick with “the pump” 🤓 is just one of the many treatment modalities we utilise for managing lymphoedema!

The pump is comfy and easy to use, working by gradually inflating at the most distal part of the limb and progressing towards the torso to force excess lymph fluid in the same direction 🔄

We highly recommend these pumps and use them in combination with other treatments to reduce swelling and encourage lymphatic flow! 👏🏼👏🏼
