Profound,
Humbling &
Heartwarming.

It's hard to describe the The Remedy treatment trip in Cambodia in December 2025, but if I have to sum it up, that's it.

Every so often, you have an experience that changes you. Not just another travel adventure that broadens your horizons and opens your eyes to the world.

But one that touches your heart, where you REALLY experience another culture, walk beside and live with the people, really feel what it's like to be in their world.

Feeling and being in it, not just observing.

One that leaves you wondering how you can keep living with heart and meaning afterwards.

The lasting impact of this trip was not only on me as a volunteer. It was also on the local people we treated, the Khmer therapists we worked alongside to upskill, our translator and those organising the trip.

In a country where there is little or no access to manual therapy treatment, it was so fulfilling to contribute to building something for the future and see some immediate ripple effects.

Until next time, Cambodia.

This certainly won't be the last trip 💖

Merry Christmas, Happy New year and happy holidays and if you don't celebrate, I hope you still enjoy a few days off.

I'm just back from the most incredible trip to Cambodia - a volunteer mission that has really touched my heart. In the spirit of Christmas, I wanted to share some of what really moved me during and after the trip.

We're not in this world for ourselves, but to elevate others.

This wasn't a holiday for personal enjoyment, nor was it something that we did so that we could tick it off the list and feel good about ourselves. It involved a group of Australian Osteopaths and Myotherapists educating, up-skilling and empowering local Cambodian therapists with a vision to improve health care in the long term.

We didn't only treat patients in a rural area near the old capital Oudong but we trained local therapists while we were at it, so that they can share their skills with their colleagues and continue to treat their own communities long after we leave.

What was so inspiring was this - when someone has a vision for something greater than their own personal interest, Grace steps in and weaves her magic. When it's a group of people, the effect is massively amplified. Patients, volunteers and local therapists all benefited. Along with this, Cambodians have each others back. They really look after each other.

Gratitude was felt by everyone involved.

The power of a community of people with a common goal was palpable.

People sharing and looking after each other benefited everyone.

There was connection on so many levels.

No selfishness, entitlement or need to protect what is perceived to be belonging to one person.

This I feel is what Christmas should be about. Not the gifts, expectations or pressure, just pure humanity at it's best.

So, look after each other. Put your own Ego aside and be present. When we give with an open hand like this, we receive more than a temporary ego fix.

I'll be back serving you from 7th January.

Book an appointment for Osteopathy in the clinic if you don't already have your next treatment lined up.

I'll also be offering my 10 week online program and Online Mind/Body healing sessions in 2026 so stay tuned!

Again,

Merry Christmas x

Careful what you wish for, because once you remove those blocks, your dreams could land hard a fast! ✨🌈

What a year 2025 has been with lots of changes, personally and professionally.

Not long after I returned to work in January this year, things changed up with my workplace and I landed at a fantastic clinic, with some of the best health practitioners in Wollongong. It's been a privilege to serve the community from this space which has been set up with such intention to deliver integrative health.

The online program I've been working on for a while now got it's first run with some great results for those who participated. I'm excited to see more people transform their lives next year through this program. 💪

I've started giving people Mind-Body healing sessions aka Journey processes professionally and seen some great results. 💫

Over the december break, I'm heading to Cambodia to do some Osteo volunteer work and helping train local health care workers to deliver better outcomes for the people. ✈

Personally, I feel that my relationships have blossomed
AND
I've just moved into my own home and exited the crazy rental market. 🏠

I'm so grateful for all of this🙏

Keeping up with all these changes has been pretty tiring, so I'll be taking about a month off and will see you all in January!

PS: If you hear me saying that 2026 is a bit of a boring year, just remind me I asked the universe to let me recover from 2025 😂

If you've been thinking

“I’d love to invest in improving my health and get strong again… but I just don’t have the money right now.”

I hear this a lot and I get it. Money doesn't grow on trees (unfortunately).

Only you know what’s truly possible for you financially.

But I also want to share this about someone who recently completed my 10 week online program for people with back and neck pain.

He used to:
*Spend money on alcohol most nights just to unwind
*Pay for hands-on treatment when his back flared
*Lose days (or weeks) to pain, poor sleep and low energy.

Over 10 weeks, he:
*Built a stronger, more stable back – flare-ups now settle within a day
*Sleeps deeply for around 7 hours and has more energy and focus
*Drinks less because he doesn’t need alcohol to cope
*Has fewer reflux symptoms and feels more content and positive
*Knows how to look after his body and mind into the future

He ended up:
*Spending less on alcohol
*Needing less hands-on treatment and saving that money.
*Gaining back time, energy and confidence that you can’t really put a price on.

He transformed his body, mind and wellbeing, and actually SAVED MONEY.

This isn’t a “spend money and magically your life changes” situation.

It’s: “Invest in a clear plan, support and skills… so you’re not spending year after year stuck in the same cycle.”

If money is tight, here are some honest questions you can ask yourself:

*What is my pain, stiffness and low energy costing me right now?
*Will things likely change if I keep doing exactly what I’m doing?
*If I felt stronger, slept better and felt younger in my body… what would that be worth to me?
*What am I spending on now, that I won't need to keep spending in the future if my health improved?

There is zero pressure from me – ever.

If it’s not the right time, that’s okay.

But if you are ready to make a change and want a realistic plan to help you feel stronger, reduce pain and stiffness, sleep better and feel less stressed, my 10-week Back and Neck Whole Health Solution starts again in the new year.

Is a hip or back problem preventing you from getting outside and walking again?

With the weather warming up and the days getting a little longer, it's the perfect time of year to get moving again.

But sometimes your body needs a bit of help to get started.

Perhaps...

*Your back starts to pinch once you start walking
*The outside of your hip aches when you start walking uphill

Maybe the soreness sets in after you get home, or worse

You're at the furthest point from home and *BANG* - your leg gives out.

It's time to get some treatment.

Start exercising again with ease and confidence.
