I'm launching a 10 week online coaching program designed to help women 40+ with back or neck pain who feel stressed, tired and ‘old’, and want a different, whole body solution.



It teaches you to take control of your body and feel like yourself again, so you can decrease pain, move freely, sleep better and enjoy life.

I've based it on my experience as an Osteopath for over 15 years plus experience in teaching and practicing yoga and self awareness skills.

I've worked with 100’s of women to help them reduce and manage pain, improve mobility, increase energy levels and reduce stress.

There's parts of my back and neck that I can't reach to treat myself and I know that receiving treatment is only part of the bigger picture. This is why I use these tools on myself, so I know and feel the benefits.

The program is based on a unique mix of movement, strength, yoga, diet, stress management and emotional awareness and processing skills.

It’s designed to educate and empower you on all levels so you can develop healthy habits that you can stick with.
