Putting oil on your scalp - especially the crown chakra when weather is cool & dry (very !!) - is an excellent way to maintain your COGNITIVE VITALITY, memory, and support EMOTIONAL STABILITY and quality SLEEP.
🌿 The main reason I’ve returned to this quick daily practice…. most IMPORTANTLY for me atm, this helps protect against the brain & nervous system kind of drying out with the cold dry air, and neuro-degenerative slowly developing, such as alzheimers and dementia.
I’m talking about a quick dab and rub on the centre spot of your scalp

HOW TO
1. Use a herbal oil with 🌿 bhringraj, 🌿 brahmi or 🌿 kalonji (black cumin seed) oil or even just cold-pressed black sesame oil (contact me if you need some).
2. With fingers or a dropper, apply a generous dab of oil to the top, soft centre of your scalp - Adhipati - that slight depression that hasn’t fully closed up (direct access point of spiritual energy!).
3. Rub oil in a circular motion, gentle pressure, at least 8 times….slowing &lengthening exhalation
5. Got an extra 20 seconds to spare? Extend your fingers across your scalp and massage a while. 😍
