We often get asked how you can eat out and still prioritise your goals.

So we wanted to share a little perspective (using our favourite...Schnitz 🤤).

If you usually order the lot, large size, sides, drink..
and this time you switch one or two things, you’ve made a healthier choice.

It might not be the lowest calorie or highest protein option on the menu,
but it is a healthier one. And that matters.

But here’s the other side of it:
if you ordered exactly what you wanted, enjoyed it, and moved on,
because this isn’t how you eat all the time, that’s also a healthy choice.

Health doesn’t live in a single meal.
It lives in patterns, consistency, and flexibility over time.

Healthier swaps can be helpful tools, not rules.
Enjoyment, satisfaction, and removing food guilt are part of health too.

This is what progress looks like.
And we’ll always choose progress over perfection. 💪
