Mums and Dads with young kids with teeth/mouth/airways issues: If a dentist tells you that you need TO WAIT for your child to grow so they can later send them to the Orthodontist to fix their teeth ... always get a 2nd or 3rd opinion...

I just found out 3 years too late... The Functional Dentist could've fixed my son's teeth when he was between 3 to 5 years old, in a fraction of the time and a fraction of the cost that we have to pay now...

Current Dentistry practices are OBSOLETE! Why dentists are not upgrading and updating their knowledge??

Get a second opinion. I reccomend Dr. Elina Castro at the Dentofacial Institute in Kogarah.

They see the head and airways as a whole, not just mouth and teeth. 😍👍🏻

Nada and Dr Elina are two of the most comprehensively trained speech and dental practitioners I know in Sydney. Very gentle and kind practitioners who have the patients best interest at heart. Definitely the dental practice I would send to my kids to if I lived in Sydney.

✨🎆 We are living an interesting and intense period with Covid-19 and so many changes and challenges.

We are in eclipse season and plenty of planetenary aligments that can affect us at different levels.

It's time to be kind and gentle to ourselves! 🥰 Self-love and self-care. Walks in nature 🏞, barefeet 🦶🏼 on the lawn or beach to ground ourselves, cleanse with Epsom salt baths 🛀🏼🧖🏼‍♀️ , warm soups 🥘🍲🥣, vegetables and fruits to clean our digestive system and follow your intuition about the essential oils that you need every day. 🌺🌻🌷🌳🌲💧

Listen to your body! What does it need?

My body was craving Miso Soup last week! So I ate heaps of it with seaweed, silky tofu, sh*take mushrooms and rice, it was yumm! 🥣🍚 and I cooked a big batch of vegetable soup.

I've been guided and reminded to use Cypress and Coriander essential oils, Cypress is the oil that help us to go with the Flow 🌲🍃 and Coriander (seeds) helps to let go of pleasing others and come back to our True Selves.
