After 15 years in clinical practice helping people quit ci******es, v**es, and cannabis, I've heard every myth imaginable. These beliefs don't just hold people back. They actively sabotage their success.

Here are the 5 myths I debunk most often:

Myth 1: "I'll just switch to va**ng, then quit later."
You're not quitting. You're trading one ni****ne delivery system for another. The subconscious patterns that drive the habit? Still there. Still active. Still waiting.

Myth 2: "I need massive willpower to quit."
This sets you up to fail before you even start. Willpower is a conscious effort fighting against subconscious programming. That's why people feel like they're battling themselves constantly. Clinical hypnotherapy works because it addresses those subconscious patterns directly.
