Who else feels they need to reset every single day?
Like all the good work we did yesterday, to prop our mindset up is undone overnight and you're stating from scratch ... every... single... morning... waking up feeling flat and defeated before the day even starts.
Sometimes before you even open your damn eyes..... Ugh it's exhausting ๐Ÿ˜ช
