We are so proud of our girl Ash of and the super growth of her Kinesiology practice since she started at Soulspace only 12 months ago. She’s now blooming into the facilitator she has been destined for and offering the intro course of the profound kinesiology.

Our SOULFIND Market was super fun! Thank you everyone who came down to celebrate the end of the year with us, it was wonderful to see so many shinning faces.

At Soulspace we strive to bring you realness. Yoga isn’t about the tight leggings, the flat belly, the wrinkle free face, the ‘perfect’ pose - it’s about so much more than the capitalisation of modern yoga today.

Yoga is as much about the internal than the external. How do we feel in a pose?
Can we feel the opening of the heart?
Can we feel the grounding sensation in our feet?
Can we hear our own breath and heartbeat curate our state?

Yoga is for everyone & everybody starts somewhere. The real question is…what stops us from going to or trying a yoga class?
