Have you seen the new Retro Collection on Cookidoo?
The Ginger Fluff instantly made me think of my beautiful Nana Ena. She was famous for her sponge cakes.
Yesterday I decided to try and master the ginger fluff… it was a disaster. The recipe said to bake for 15 minutes. I thought I had plenty of time before my appointment… it ended up in the bin.
Today with no plans, I attempted the recipe again. My oven required a 25 minute cook time. It looks amazing. I’ve filled it with fresh strawberries and cream.
I’ll wait until a family dinner tonight to see if it tastes as good as it looks.

Let’s talk the chunky bolognese recipe on Cookidoo
It’s the best!
I prefer it not so chunky.
Simple pop your meat from the basket back into Thermomix with the sauce.
Speed 4 for a few seconds and I think it’s the perfect consistency.
