Natural Moves Massage & Reiki I have a deep interest in natural healing therapies, and bringing balance to the mind, body and spirit. Call or text me to book an appointment.

I started practising self Reiki 20 years ago, as well as used essential oils and Aromatherapy, and massage was practiced in the family
But I really noticed my skill for it when I attended an Introduction to Massage course. I believe in working with an holistic approach to achieve my clients health goals. Whether it's a Reiki session to re-align the chakras, or a therapeutic massage to relieve stress and tension from the muscles. I am dedicated to provide a feeling of wellnes to my clients. I also love working with essential oils, and enjoy making blends to suit the clients needs. I enjoy learning about more modalities and am currently studying Reflexology.
