Who am I
Birgit Senior, counsellor/psychotherapist I have many years working within the Mental Health and Alcohol and other Drug field in Melbourne and Regional Victoria. I am passionate about my work and have been fortunate to work in a variety of areas in community services and a correctional facility. To compliment my Bachelor Degree in Counselling I have further qualifications and training in Advanced ACT, Creative Art Therapy, Mindfulness, Healing Trauma with Guided Drawing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Clay Field Therapy.
As each person has a different experience I work from a strength based, person centred approach in a confidential, safe, respectful, caring and non-judgemental way using both talk and creative therapies.
