Thank you to everyone who expressed interest into our pilates reformer classes! Both the Monday and Tuesday classes are now fully booked.

There are still spaces available in our Physio-led "Over 60's Balance and Strengthening" Classes! These run on Mondays and Thursdays at 10am. If this is something that interests you, please contact Melissa on 49664589 for more info! 🌟
