Sometimes not in the mood for a book, but would like some inspiration to keep you motivated & moving forward?
How about a dvd? Sit down with a cuppa or vino, or even play it in the background when pottering around the house.

I just recently re watched Deepak Chopra - The Seven Spiritual Law of Success. It's always good to be reminded & also hear other people's stories & insights.

Often when I revisit an old favourite or hear something I already know from a different perspective it resonates & motivates me just when I need it.

It's my 'Spoon full of Sugar'.

Awesome blog post, from a healers perspective this is spot on. As I have noticed myself, that the more I heal the stronger the energy that comes through, particularly in my dominant hand. It's so wonderful to see that science and natural healing are starting to align.
