* An RACGP Accredited GP teaching practice.
* An Accredited Government Home Care provider. Our multidisciplinary team provides GP services to Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFs). Should you be considering going into a RACF, check to see if we can look after you and your medical needs.

Our recent NAC Afternoon Tea was a wonderful afternoon filled with festive cheer, great company and plenty of laughs. It was lovely to see everyone come together to celebrate, connect and enjoy some delicious nibbles.

We were also pleased to share an informative session with Nurse Practitioner Sandi, who spoke about the importance of Advance Care Planning. Attendees received helpful information packs and had the opportunity to ask questions and learn more in a relaxed setting.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our recent Christmas NAC Afternoon Tea. It was lovely to celebrate together and we truly appreciate your continued support throughout the year.

• Closed Christmas Day, Thursday 25th December, and Boxing Day, Friday 26th December.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 🩷

This week, our wonderful Nurse Practitioner Sandi baked a batch of beautiful pink cupcakes to show support for those affected by breast cancer. 🧁💗

It’s small acts of kindness like this that bring our community together and remind us of the importance of care, compassion and connection. 💕

A big thank you to Sandi for spreading a little sweetness and a lot of love throughout our community!

We’re excited to announce that Issue 25 of the NAC Newsletter is now live!

In this edition, we share a heartwarming experience with Cycling Without Age (CWA), a not-for-profit that offers bike rides to people with mobility challenges. Home Care Client Wilma enjoyed a ride with the CWA Castlemaine Chapter, where volunteer Andrew took her through historic Maldon. The specially designed Trishaws, which allow passengers to enjoy the sights comfortably, sparked admiration from locals. Wilma loved the chance to experience what her son does as a volunteer in Queensland, enjoying the simple joys of a ride, a coffee, and a chat. Be sure to read more in the full newsletter!
