My health journey began at age 3 with a Type 1 diabetes diagnosis. While Western medicine kept me alive, it wasn't until I discovered acupuncture that I truly learned to listen to my body's wisdom. This ancient practice taught me that real healing marries science with soul, treatment with transformation.

I’m still buzzing from completing the Fertile Life Mastery seminar with over the weekend! It was an awe-inspiring deep dive into pioneering fertility support, seamlessly blending Chinese medicine, functional medicine, and evidence-based strategies to help couples conceive.
