Awakening The Healer Within focuses on learning and understanding our own cues for where we need assistance to heal or change our state. 🌿

We dropped in with a sweet nature meditation, journalled, walked among the flower trees then learned more about the magic of plants.

Using bushflower tinctures and aromatherapy can immediately change a state and start a fresh cycle of change in our energetic bodies.

Sauna thoughts... 🌡💡 I remember being a kid around 7 years old absolutely pining over this particular doll, Baby Alive. 👣

I wanted her so bad I passed up every opportunity for a different doll, 🙅‍♀️ wished upon every first star ⭐️ every night and told anyone who would listen that's what I wanted for any gift opportunity.

Realistically, I was one of 3 children with a single mum, low income and Baby Alive was not a cheap toy. ✨️ But I held firm in my faith that somehow she was defined to be mine.

All my wished came true, LITERALLY, one Christmas when she arrived under the tree.🎄 From then on, I knew .... I had an empowering feeling that if I followed the same belief/faith system I had intuitively implemented, I could bring any dream to life. 🥰

That was the first memory I have of manifesting my desires; and certainly not the last.
