If anyone is going through a journey of shedding their former self and becoming their authentic selves you are not alone. The process can be uncomfortable and lonely. You don’t recognise the person that you are anymore and neither do the people around you. Remember this is a good thing because now you have boundaries and you will not let people treat you like they did before. Now you get to bit by bit fall in love with and get to know the real you. Not the you that has been hiding, people pleasing or constantly busy so you don’t feel the pain of your soul. It maybe a long process finding yourself, however in the end it is worth it. Hang in there, don’t give up as you are making so much progress even if you don’t think you are. This is the most important work you will do in your life…. Reconnecting with yourself. However in this masculine world it seems wrong to slow down and do nothing. But nothing is where the magic happens. Because when you do nothing and connect with your body and soul and get out of your head, the life you’ve always dreamed of starts aligning 💕

The circle was a beautiful balance of familiar faces and new ones that were brave enough to get out of their comfort zones.

I absolutely loved that in a share around the circle, that coming to these circles are like a new obsession for some 🫶 I’m so grateful that you feel this way and enjoy coming

Reflecting on the beautiful Full Moon in Ta**us Gathering last night and I am so grateful for everyone who showed up for themselves last night. It was truly magical ✨

Last night’s gathering was open to all and I was thrilled that some men decided to join the gathering. I was also honoured that some new parents came with their newborn baby and got to release some stored up emotions from this new chapter of their lives. Also so blessed for the women who keep coming and showing up for themselves and supporting me in my business. It is lovely getting to know you all. Also thank you to my friends for showing your support 🫶

Collaborating with some amazing women was an absolute blast and gave me some time to actually work my magic (energy healing) as I wasn’t facilitating the whole time.
