On our journey to summit Mt Kosciusko, we came across Seaman’s Hut, an emergency shelter built from tragedy and stocked with non-perishable goodies. Right besides it stands Australia’s highest “dunny”
🏔️ As we trekked along The Alpine Way, we were greeted by well-laid paths of stone and metal boardwalks, carefully designed to protect the fragile heathlands and vibrant wildflowers. Along the way, there were signs guiding us through this magnificent Snowy Mountain terrain.
It’s common to find yourself walking alone for hours, surrounded by breathtaking nature, under our big blue sky. I was humbled. Each step reminded me of the bridge builders, those who contribute to our lives, often choosing love and resilience despite challenges. Their strength inspired those who follow to make the future brighter.
