‼️ IMPORTANT INFO - PLEASE READ‼️

Due to Christmas & Boxing Day falling (awkwardly) in the middle of the week this year, our orders will be slightly impacted. First & foremost:

🥶 FRIDGE LINES:
If you require specialist fridge line medications, we strongly encourage you to prioritise ordering your prescription THE WEEK BEFORE Christmas week; as we will ONLY be receiving one cold chain order to ensure cold chain practices are upheld (Please note, this is our supplier’s standard practice and we abide by their rules).

🌟SPECIAL ORDERS:
We will be able to order as per normal; as long as you work with us to have your scripts in BY 1pm, we can have stock arriving on the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

Where possible, drop off your prescriptions with a list of everything you require (this can include front of shop products) and come back at a later time to collect.

Finally, we ask that you please be kind & respectful to our staff during this busy period; we are human & doing the best we can to accommodate our ever-growing community🥰
