Day 1 ~ Sunshine Coast to Lake Broadwater (near Dalby)
Top spot, rolled out the mat for early morning YOGA, , kayaked on the lake, so much birdlife, full moon rising over the lake and bananagrams under the stars.... Perfect ✨️

As today is Helen's last class before taking a break to travel, we are excited to announce classes will continue with the lovely Taz 🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️🧘

Join her at the usual times every week for YOGA
~ Tuesday evenings 5 :30pm &
~ Thursday mornings 9:30am

Meet Taz

Originally from South Africa, where she began teaching yoga in 2018, Taz is now based in Woodgate Beach. She offers wellness support and yoga sessions designed to nurture and improve mental health and wellbeing.

With a background in Psychology and wellness counselling, her approach is centred on the belief that you are the driving force in your own healing process. Her purpose is to provide guidance so you can heal, grow, and connect with your authentic self.
