🔥 REAL LIFE SKILLS IN ACTION 🔥

There is some seriously fantastic work happening at the Kingston Complex today.

Zeke only moved in mid-January — and he has come full steam ahead with his support worker Nadine 💙

Today’s mission?
Homemade sausage rolls.

But this wasn’t just about cooking.

It was about learning to be resourceful.

With ingredients sourced through incredible local supports like Tribe of Judah and The Lighthouse here in Logan, Zeke and Nadine worked with what was available — and got creative.

Instead of overcomplicating it, Nadine showed him how simple it can be. Peeling the skin off sausages instead of buying separate mince. Exploring different meat options. Using what’s already in the fridge. Making something great out of what you have.

That’s daily living skills.

It’s not just about following a recipe.

It’s about:
✔ Budget awareness
✔ Food planning
✔ Using community resources
✔ Thinking creatively
✔ Building confidence
✔ Being proud of what you’ve made

Zeke was completely engaged. Focused. Smiling. Hands-on the whole time.

And now? He can’t wait to taste them… and he’s even sharing them with management because they look THAT good 👏

His biggest dilemma right now?
What sauce to have with them 😂

This is what independence looks like.

Not fancy. Not staged. Not theoretical.

Real skills. Real confidence. Real growth.

And for young people who don’t always have a lot of money, learning how to be resourceful with what’s in the fridge is a game changer.

We are so proud of you, Zeke.
And Nadine — beautiful mentoring as always.

Something really exciting is happening across South East Queensland when it comes to employment for people with disability.

For too long, employment pathways have felt slow, confusing, or disconnected. Participants bounce between services, families feel frustrated, and real job opportunities get lost in the process.

We believe it doesn’t have to be that way.

At Inclusive Solutions Australia, we’ve been working behind the scenes to build a more structured, more connected approach — where NDIS employment supports and Commonwealth-funded employment services work in sequence, not in silos.

What does that actually mean?

It means:
• Less waiting.
• More action.
• Real employer engagement.
• Mentoring that builds confidence in real workplaces.
• Support that doesn’t disappear once the job starts.

We call it an employment ecosystem — and it’s designed to help people not just find jobs, but keep them.

South East Queensland has the opportunity to lead the way in how this is done properly.

If you’re a participant, family member, Support Coordinator, or provider who believes employment should feel possible — not overwhelming — we’d love to connect.

Because when the right supports work together, outcomes change.

Career Milestones: Jace’s Success in Motor Trimming 🚗🛠️

At ISA, our employment readiness programs are all about bridging the gap between "I’m not sure" and "I’ve got this." We are incredibly proud of Jace, who took a massive step forward recently with a job trial at a local motor trimming shop.

While Jace was understandably nervous about meeting new people and stepping into a professional workspace, he didn't let that stop him. With the support of ISA Mentor Lindsay, he quickly settled into the workflow and got straight to work!

The goal of our employment support is to build the stamina, technical skills, and confidence needed for long-term, meaningful work. Seeing Jace move from those initial nerves to successfully completing a technical task is a perfect example of what can be achieved through a structured pathway to employment.

Great job, Jace! We are excited to keep supporting you as you build your career and your future. 🌟👏

👏 Big shout out to our newest ISA team member – Oliver 🤩

Only in his second week of active support, and he’s already making a solid impact.

After completing his induction and onboarding over the past month, Oliver has stepped into his role confident, qualified andprepared and ready to engage. What’s stood out immediately is how naturally he connects — he’s already becoming a bit popular amongst the crew 👏

His case notes are brilliant and goal-aligned, and he’s taken on board our expectations around doing things properly from day one.

Today, Oliver and Simone headed out to Mount Tamborine for fresh air, movement and meaningful community participation — exactly the kind of proactive, engaging support that builds confidence and momentum.

Oliver is based on the Gold Coast and works particularly well with younger participants who enjoy:

✔ Outdoor adventures
✔ Fitness & movement
✔ Community outings
✔ Building independence
✔ Real conversations & relatable support

He brings great energy, a calm presence and a genuine interest in helping young people move forward.

📞 Oliver is booking out quickly.
If you’re on the Gold Coast and feel he’d be a good fit for you or someone you support, call us today on 0421 902 760 and let’s get you started.

Strong start, Oliver. Great addition to the ISA team 👊

14km of resilience, preparation and growth.

Today, Hayden and his support worker Jordy completed a 14km hike through Springbrook National Park.

This wasn’t a spontaneous decision.

Over recent weeks, Hayden has been progressively building endurance and confidence through regular community-based physical activity. Today’s hike was the next step in that progression — aligned to his goals around independence, wellbeing and community participation.

Importantly, this activity took place during hot conditions and while Hayden is managing a recent arm injury. Prior to the hike, additional risk considerations were reviewed in line with his existing risk assessment to ensure:

• Environmental conditions were assessed
• Hydration and rest planning were in place
• Terrain suitability was considered
• Monitoring throughout the activity was maintained

At ISA, community participation isn’t just about “getting out of the house.”

It’s about structured, goal-aligned support delivered with appropriate safeguards and professional judgement.

What makes today even more significant is Hayden’s journey.

Over time, he has:

• Increased his engagement in healthy routines
• Strengthened his independence
• Obtained his driver’s licence (P plates)
• Secured required clearances toward future employment goals
• Maintained tenancy responsibilities

The growth in confidence and self-belief has been evident.

Jordy’s consistent support has focused on encouragement, modelling positive routines and facilitating opportunities aligned with Hayden’s stated goals — always within the scope of funded supports.

This is what capacity building looks like when delivered intentionally.

Choice.
Structure.
Risk awareness.
Progress.

We are incredibly proud of the effort shown today.

🎙️ ISA was on the Radio!

This morning, Inclusive Solutions Australia had the incredible opportunity to be featured live on 98.1 FM Brisbane, with our Service Manager Emma Timoteo representing ISA on the Brisbane Select Live program.

What an exciting moment — not just for our team, but for the work we are building across Queensland.

ISA is growing rapidly, our community connections are strengthening, and the demand for high-quality, structured disability support is louder than ever. We are proud to be a provider that is expanding with purpose — raising the bar, building strong teams, and delivering supports that genuinely make a difference.

We are actively scaling across Logan, Brisbane, Ipswich and the Gold Coast, and we want to be part of the broader conversations happening in our sector and beyond.

If you have an opportunity where ISA can contribute — whether it’s a community event, podcast, panel, media feature, stakeholder forum, or collaboration — we would love to hear from you.

We’re here, we’re building, and we’re only getting started.

Thank you again to Miss G for having us on the program this morning and for supporting the disability community through your platform.

Something big is happening on the Gold Coast.

And it’s not just another networking event.

Today at the Ready Set Connect Event held at the sharks club on the Gold Coast, you could actually feel it — a new circle forming… a union of the real operators in this space.

Not the noise.
Not the checkbox providers.
The ones who are obsessed with doing this properly.

The providers who want communication, collaboration, learning, and elevation —
the ones meeting again after the event, booking lunches, sharing ideas, building something bigger than themselves.

This is what the Gold Coast needs:
a connected community of high-level organisations pushing standards up, together.

And ISA is right in the middle of that momentum 🙌🙌🙌

Today was also a huge moment because we officially introduced the ISA superstar who is about to change the game for us here:

✨ Loren — ISA’s new NDIS Partnerships Manager ✨

Loren is leading our Gold Coast expansion with pure drive, vision, and relationship power — and trust me when I say…

We are only just getting started.

Gold Coast… ISA is coming.
Stronger. Sharper. More connected than ever 🚀💙

Gold Coast — raising the standard of NDIS support in 2026 has never been more important.

The Gold Coast has more disability support options than ever, and choice is a wonderful thing.

But what matters most is that choice is matched with quality, safeguarding, consistency, and real outcomes.

In 2025, Inclusive Solutions Australia experienced significant growth across the Gold Coast, and with that growth comes responsibility. We’ve made deliberate investments in local leadership, stronger oversight, and structured service pathways — ensuring every participant receives the high-quality, person-centred support ISA is known for.

At ISA, we focus on:

• evidence-based, capacity-building support
• strong safeguarding and professional boundaries
• continuity of care and intentional staff matching
• structured programs aligned to participant goals
• real progress toward independence and community participation

We’re proud to be expanding our Gold Coast presence through our ISA Flagship Programs:

🏡 Kingston Integrated Living Model
🚀 Transition to Community Program
🗓️ Foundations for Independence Pathway
🤝 Community Connections Pathway
💼 ISA Work Pathways (Employment Readiness)

If you’re a family, participant, or stakeholder looking for structured, outcomes-driven NDIS support on the Gold Coast, we would love to connect.
