We’re thrilled to welcome Shivani to our My Physio My Health - Woodville team. She’s an experienced physiotherapist with an interest in rehab, neurological physio and postural & ergonomic training.

Shivani holds a Master’s in Physiotherapy (Neurosciences), is trained in dry needling and speaks English, Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find her exploring art, fitness, travel and new cuisines!

We’re excited to welcome Dylan to the team at Woodville!

He holds an Honours degree in Physiotherapy from UniSA and has experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, treating a wide range of conditions across all age groups. His expertise spans from post-surgery rehabilitation to physical activity programs for children with disabilities.

Dylan adopts a hands-on and exercise focused approach to treatment, believing that “motion is lotion” when it comes to recovery and long-term health. 💪

Outside of work, he has a keen interest in many sports including soccer, tennis, football and basketball.

Exciting news for My Physio My Health - Woodville 🙌

From February 4th, we’re thrilled to welcome Jose, our Remedial Massage therapist.

Originally from Chile, Jose brings extensive experience working with elite teams like the Penrith Panthers, Sydney Roosters, Brisbane Broncos, Queensland Reds, Fijian Drua and The Chiefs. 🏉

His expertise in injury prevention, muscle release, and sports performance will complement our team of physios, making him a fantastic addition to our clinic. This year, he’s also working with the Adelaide Crows AFL side - so you’ll be in good hands!

Aakriti brings a wealth of knowledge to her role, with a Master of Physiotherapy from UniSA and clinical experience in musculoskeletal, neurological and rehab care - including experience at the South Australian Brain Injury Rehabilitation Unit and Whyalla Hospital.

Aakriti has a keen interest in rehabilitation and treating neck and back pain, neurological disorders, osteoarthritis and headaches. She is passionate about delivering personalised care to help clients achieve long-term health and recovery! 💪
