Loop Earplugs! We absolutely love these kids ear plugs from for so many reasons! If your child has trouble focusing in noisy environments like the classroom, these little guys are perfect and discrete to cancel out surrounding noise. These are the Loop Engage Kids 2 - so they don’t block out the main sound (like the teacher talking)! There so cool and come in many different colours.

How adorable are these little breathing popsicles! Teaching kids how to take deep breaths is super important for their ability to self regulate in those tricky times. Having a visual to support their deep breathing is a fun motivating way to help them learn!

Let’s chat EMOTIONS! 😃 😔 😠 😤 😡 😝 Kids go through a whirlwind of emotions in their day. In the moment, they might not be able to calm themselves down. Try validating…”your angry, that’s okay!”, then let’s find something to calm the body. Talking too much at these times can make things worse! Practice strategies when your kiddo isn’t upset, to then try and implement it when in the moment!
