We are looking to rent out our gorgeous clinic rooms in Semaphore on a Monday / Saturday as they are currently only in use Tuesdays to Fridays. Ideally suited to therapists working with teens or adults as the clinic has been designed with this population in mind. If you’re a sole trader perhaps only needing a clinic space once a week (having a mixed clinic and mobile caseload, or simply working part time) this is the space for you! The board room space could also be utilised for participant group activities, team professional development or stakeholder meetings!
We’re basing our rental pricing on our own overheads, the rental cost of similar spaces, the quality of the space and amazing location. In saying that, pricing can be flexible for ongoing / long term users of the space. All renters will have access to the lovely kitchen and bathrooms.
Pricing starts from $40 p/h (standard clinic room) with 2 hour minimum required and lower rates for full day use.
We will be proritising those wanting full day use to make bookings less messy / avoid booking errors. Feel free to share with any clinicians who might be interested in operating in this boutique space - without the crazy overheads.
At this stage we are just putting out the feelers to find professionals who are the right fit.
Please note: there may also be one or two rooms available on other days for the right ongoing renters when we are out on mobile visits/ not using the space.
