✨ THE REHEARSAL SPACE IS ALIVE ✨

Last night we stepped into the space and activated it with Divine Burlesque energy. 🔥 🫶🏻

Fans flicked open.🪭
Boots hit the floor. 👠
Voices rose. 🎤
Laughter echoed. 😊

Something powerful happens when women gather like this — playful, bold, slightly rebellious and completely alive. 👏🏻

There is also something significant about taking this work beyond the walls and stepping into a new space together.
When we do that, it becomes even more important that the container we create is one where women feel valued, respected and celebrated in their expression. 🙌🏻

And that’s exactly what we’re building in this rehearsal space.

But this isn’t just a show. 😉

Divine Burlesque is an immersive experience.
Music, movement, theatre and playful mischief weave together to create something alive in the room. As we rehearse, we’re already imagining the patrons who will be there with us — the laughter, the surprise, the moments of beauty and bold expression they will witness.

Every detail is being shaped with intention so that when you arrive, you don’t just watch the show — you feel part of the magic. 🪄 ✨

✨ We have 100 seats available for this special dinner + show experience.
✨ 34 beautiful humans have already booked.

DIVINE BURLESQUE — The Journey to the Stage 👠 ✨

This show didn’t start at the brewery. 😉

It started in a circle. ⭕️

In a studio.
In a room full of women saying yes to something that scared them a little. 🔥

The RISE crew didn’t sign up to “perform.”

They signed up to grow.

To meet themselves in the mirror. 🪞
To wobble in heels.
To laugh.
To cry.
To try again.

DIVINE BURLESQUE has been built on community. Inside our sacred temple … NOW we’re stepping out ‼️ 👠

Cheering each other on through the nerves.
Celebrating the breakthroughs.

The Fire Horse 🔥 🐎 Activation Portal is gathering. 🙌🏻

This is an eclipse season container — not a class, not a performance, not a quick release.

It activates on the New Moon & Solar Eclipse (Feb 17) and completes on the Full Moon & Lunar Eclipse (March 3), holding a two-week passage of movement, ritual, intuitive guidance, and integration.

We start THURS 6pm.
This is an invitation to come in.
To slow down.
To come home to your body.

Adult Contemporary is a grounded, progressive movement practice — one that builds strength, stability, and expressive freedom from the ground up.

We move with intention.
We pay attention to technique.
We allow space for creativity, breath, and feeling.

This class is for those who feel called to deepen their movement practice.
To refine.
To listen more closely.
To let movement land, rather than rush through.

Some previous movement experience can be helpful, but it’s not essential.
What matters most is curiosity, consistency, and a willingness to be present.

I’ve been feeling into the energy of Frolic & Flourish, and what keeps coming through so clearly is this:

The magic doesn’t come from the schedule.
It comes from the people. 🙌🏻

When we gather in movement, in breath, in ritual, in joy — something bigger than us is created. 🙏🏻 ✨

Frolic & Flourish follows our signature Transformational Arc:

We begin by grounding the body and nervous system.
We soften and open through reflection, water and intuition.
