Our clinics incorporate tomorrow's technology to improve your body today. Our on-site rehabilitation space caters for all from weekend warriors, through to elite athletes. Within this space, we incorporate state-of-the-art technology which we use for Biomechanical Assessments, running technique, and lower limb angles during activity in the rehabilitation of injuries, such as ACL tears. We utilise modern apps for your phone/tablet device which help you remember your exercises, along with our Telehealth services so that you can access our healthcare movement from wherever you may be. Our clinical software allows for easy communication, reassessment and allows us to constantly readdress goals and progressions. At TPM we are very active in the local community. We pride ourselves in having a strong community presence and always willing to give a helping hand. We have collaborated with local groups, rugby league teams, charity organisations, sporting teams and many more. Q: I don’t feel “that bad,” but I’m not myself. When should I actually ask for help?

A: If it’s been a few weeks of feeling off ~ flat, snappy, tired for no reason, not enjoying things you usually like, or reaching for alcohol just to switch off – that’s your sign. You don’t have to wait until you’re at rock bottom.

Chat to your GP, a mate, or your physio/EP/chiro at TPM and say, “Hey, I’m not feeling like myself lately.” That one conversation can be the circuit breaker.

Reaching out isn’t weakness. It’s maintenance ~ just like looking after your body. 💚

World Diabetes Day (14 November) is a global day to raise awareness about diabetes – what it is, how to prevent type 2 where possible, and how to live well if you have it.

Q ~ Why does movement matter so much for diabetes?

A ~ Movement is one of the most powerful tools for managing diabetes because it directly improves how your body handles glucose. When you exercise, especially with a mix of strength training and aerobic activity, your muscles become more sensitive to insulin. This means your body can move glucose out of your bloodstream more effectively, leading to lower and more stable blood sugar levels.

Regular movement also:
~ Improves insulin resistance, which is a key driver of type 2 diabetes
~ Helps lower HbA1c (your long-term blood sugar marker)
