As we move toward the end of the year, I’ve been reflecting on the subtle ways love reveals itself — not as grand gestures or perfect moments, but in the quiet, ordinary spaces we often rush past.
A smile from a stranger. A moment of being seen. A soft exhale that reminds you you’re still here.
These small threads of connection are the antidote to the wound we all carry — the perceived separation from love, from Source, from the unified field of consciousness that every wisdom tradition points to.
This Tuesday, 25 November, I’m offering our final meditation gathering for the year, and the theme is simply:
LOVE — Returning to the Unified Field
7:00–8:30 PM (arrive 6:45)
📍 EJ Ward Community Centre, Paddington
We’ll begin with a Dharma talk exploring what psychology, attachment, spirituality, and contemplative traditions all agree on: that the root of much of our suffering is the belief that we are separate from love — and that our healing begins the instant we realise we never truly were.
Then we’ll move into a gently guided breathwork session — both active and surrender phases — followed by a meditative integration designed to dissolve the boundaries of the physical self and settle into the spaciousness of consciousness.
No experience needed.
Just bring your yoga mat, a cushion, and your heart exactly as it is.
This evening is for anyone longing to release the tension and stories of the year… to reconnect with themselves… to soften back into the field of love that holds us all.
It will be my last gathering before I go away for December and January. I’m now fully booked for the rest of the year, with just two appointment spots left in January.
I’d love to see you one last time before we close the year together.
With love,
Maria-Elena 🤍
