This client’s goal was to restore density across the frontal hairline and crown, where noticeable thinning had developed over time.

🧠 Our approach combined medical consultation, follicular unit extraction (FUE), and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) to support scalp health and graft survival.

🔎 Treatment Overview
• Day 1: 1,424 grafts (4,452 hairs)
• Day 2: 1,267 grafts (3,804 hairs)
• Grafts distributed to hairline, temple recession points, and crown
• Custom density mapping: frontal, mid-scalp
• Medical therapy prescribed post-procedure to support ongoing hair retention

💉 PRP performed 9 months ago: plasma injected into 3 scalp zones using micro-injection technique. Minimal discomfort, well tolerated.

📅 At follow-up, scalp showed increased coverage and improved hairline density on clinical exam.

Our lovely client has just entered the shedding phase—an entirely normal part of the hair transplant process! 🌱 This is called ‘shock loss,’ where the transplanted hairs temporarily fall out before making way for new, stronger growth. While it might seem concerning, it’s actually a key step towards achieving long-term results. 🙌 Stay patient, as the real magic begins over the next few months!
💡 Fun fact: Hair grows in cycles, and the shedding phase (exogen) is just one part of that cycle. After shedding, expect to see new growth within the coming months.
