Sports Lab - East Sydney Sports Lab Physiotherapist on site for in-patient services only. Out-patient clinic coming soon. Sports Lab - Newtown operates out of The Fitness Playground Gym.

A person DOES NOT need to be a member of the gym to attend this clinic. The services that we offer at this location are outlined below:

Most of our services are covered by private health fund rebates and with the new Medicare Enhance Primary Care Plan, some services are covered by Medicare (terms and conditions apply). In addition, our clinics are equipped with HICAPS, which allows you the convenience of 'on the spot' electronic claims and payment from participating health funds, saving you time and money.

We're Still Open!

Allied Health Services (Physiotherapy, Massage, Chiropractic, Podiatry) are essential services; so ALL of Sports Lab’s clinics are still open & seeing patients! NOTE: The only cancelled services during this short lockdown are pilates & group exercise classes.

As an essential service, we are required to continue consulting with & treating clients, in a COVID-safe way, to help manage health concerns of Australians.

The advice is that normal in-person treatment should definitely continue where possible & safe. If that option isn’t possible, a virtual consultation using phone or video is the next best option that should be used.

We’re here to help! Consistency of care and patient/ practitioner safety is first & foremost in our minds.

This episode covers a simple exercise to help activate blood flow in the body. Many of us are spending extended periods of time at our computers at home or our desks at work, as a result, we need to make sure we are being mindful of getting our blood circulating. Our bodies rely on good circulation to stay healthy and feel alert. Movement is one of the most obvious ways to get the blood flowing! Massage is another way. Try Naz's exercise, and consider booking in with one of Sports Lab's massage therapists if you need some help getting good blood circulation happening again.
