Psychology, Counselling and Wellbeing Centre was established in 2003 and has grown to become one of Brisbane's leading counselling practices. It can show up as irritability, exhaustion, numbness, or pulling away from the people you care about.

Recognizing these early signs matters. The sooner symptoms are identified, the sooner support can begin! Furthermore. early intervention has been linked with better outcomes and improved coping!

A gentle reminder to pause and check in with yourself today 🌼

Checking in isn’t about “fixing” anything, and it doesn’t have to be complicated. It can be as simple as noticing your mood, your energy, your body, or the thoughts you’ve been carrying.

You might check in by pausing, journaling, taking a few slow breaths, going for a walk, or sharing how you’re feeling with someone you trust.
