Are you giving the world, your family, friends etc what’s left of you or the very best of you?

Is stress, lack of connection, loneliness or overwhelm, just to name a few, robbing you of your serenity, sense of self-worth or joy?

I have come to understand that it is our responsibility to find somewhere safe, a healing oasis, where we can re-connection to our authentic self. Find a place or group where you can come back into connection with your authentic YOU, come back into alignment and redefine what you really want in life!

Self-Care is so important. When you create time to replenish your spirit, it allows you to serve others from the overflow. You cannot serve well from an empty cup!

Self-care is putting your foot down and saying NO more. It’s saying this is the line and you’ve crossed it. Standing up for yourselves is the ultimate act of SELF-CARE!

I have been facilitating gatherings for women in my garden for over 10 years now. I’ve loved every minute of bringing amazing women together for events and in circles. Now we have had time to settle in the Kilcoy region, it's time to get back into what I love most!

I am passionate about this because it is so important for women to have a place where they can stop for a while, rest, recharge and, simply breathe.

Only when we do this as women, can we better care for our families and friends. It is impossible to continue to be at our best, when we are constantly running on empty. The demands of our modern lifestyle have us have us on a treadmill called life! We need to get off that treadmill from time to time to re-energise.

Women need to know and understand that they are not being selfish in taking time out to re-energise. It is absolutely being, SELFFUL!

The Universe only gives us what we think we are worthy of receiving 💜💜💜

When we’re in a state of worthiness, we consistently show up for ourselves every day. Even when we’re tired. Even when we have doubt. Even when we’re afraid.
