I’m Tom, currently practicing locally with Osteo at Yamba and Exhale Yamba. I am a qualified registered Remedial Therapist with Health Rebates available. I have a strong sporting background, which included many injuries which is where my interest in body and healing began. I studied a Bachelor in a Physical Activity and Teaching and this has transitioned into Health and Wellness. I have a keen interest in breath and how stress affects the body and helping people to alleviate pain. With so many triggers in our modern world, I believe this is having a negative effect on the body causing dysfunctional muscular firing patterns. I can help you improve both physical and mental wellbeing through specific Manual Therapy treatments and techniques. MONDAY - WEDNESDAYS 10am-7pm (Exhale Yamba) THURSDAYS 8.30am - 5.30pm (Osteo at Yamba)
